Orders Execution Policy

  • We do not accept orders that promote pornographic, hateful, or gambling-related content.
  • Before placing an order, make sure your profile, page, or channel is public and accessible.
  • All orders are final. Order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, submit a support ticket. The administration will determine if cancellation is possible.
  • Each order is assigned a unique Order ID for tracking purposes.
  • Guarantees apply only to services with a "Refill" option. If a service does not have this option, no guarantee is provided.
  • We only guarantee the followers, likes, or views we provide. We do not guarantee the total count of your existing followers, likes, or views.
    • Example: If you start with 500 followers and order 1,000 more, we guarantee delivery of the 1,000 followers, not a total of 1,500.
  • Do not place an order for the same link with another provider while your order is in progress. If you do, no refunds will be issued.
  • Changing your profile, channel name, or username after placing an order is considered fraudulent and will invalidate any guarantees.
    • If you delete your page/account, change your username, or make your account private after placing an order, we will not provide refunds.
  • Do not use multiple services for the same link at the same time.
    • If you do, no cancellations or refunds will be issued, and both orders will be marked as "Completed."
  • If your order drops, wait until it is refilled, canceled, or partially filled before placing a new order.
  • The system records the starting count when an order is submitted and marks it as "Completed" once the requested amount is delivered.
  • If your profile has more than 10,000 followers/likes/views before ordering, the refill guarantee does not apply because we cannot verify the source of any decrease.
  • No refunds will be provided for orders marked as "Completed."
  • We only guarantee delivery of subscribers, likes, views, etc. We do not guarantee engagement, interaction, or retention.
  • We do not guarantee:
    • Specific service speeds
    • Profile views
    • Delivery timeframes
    • All service descriptions are estimates based on statistics.
